Nibe Industrier AB (publ) was advised by Advokatfirman Delphi, on its acquisition of Springfield Wire, Inc. in USA, Mexico and China. Delphi was lead counsel and collaborated with local law firms. The acquired business will form part of the NIBE Element business area.
