Delphi advisor when Addtech acquired 80 per cent of shares in Rutab AB

Delphi has advised Addtech Nordic AB, a part of Addtech Energy and a business area within the Addtech Group, in connection with Addtech’s acquisition of 80 per cent stake in Rutab AB ("Rutab") and its subsidiaries.
